Volunteering in Wildlife Rescue Centres

Many of us loves animals and wildlife so much so that some of us would give anything to have a chance to work with them. However many times, a relevant qualification is needed to be able to work with the wildlife in the professional field.

Great news is that through volunteering, one can work with these wildlife without the need of qualifications and volunteering in wildlife centers is one of the method! This would be considered as a working holiday or voluntouring.

Below are several wildlife centres which accepts unqualified volunteers to help out.

Ontario Wildlife Rescue Centre http://www.ontariowildliferescue.ca/volunteer.shtml

Sierra Wildlife Rescue Centre http://www.sierrawildliferescue.org/support-us/volunteer/

These are just a few of them but there are plenty of rescue centres out there which needs your help. It is a great way to travel and volunteer at the same time, making your travels very meaningful and you learn something new especially about the animals you are working with and the importance of rehabilitating and conserving these beautiful species.
